We run an intensive, multi-layer tenant screening process designed to protect your portfolio and minimize risk: comprehensive credit reports and score analysis, nationwide criminal and sex-offender checks, eviction and civil court record searches, employment and income verification, rental-history and landlord reference checks, identity verification, and additional screening where appropriate (e.g., bankruptcy or specialty background checks).
